Faux Toxic Bath Created In Time for Halloween

Reynolds Advanced Materials gets quite excited around Halloween time. The Reynolds – Orlando staff created an eerie Halloween decoration this year. Mediocre, it is not, the 55-Gallon drum of fake toxic vat was created using an array of Smooth-On Materials.

The drum unit was created as a décor and show item in the Reynolds – Orlando show room. Little did they know they were creating one awesome Halloween decoration? The toxic vat is made up of Smooth-On’s Smooth-Cast 325 urethane resin filled with Ignite Green and Glow Worm Green. Smooth-Cast is not the only thing floating around in the drum. Replica body parts were created using an Alja-Safe alginate mold and cast using Dragon Skin FX Pro tinted with Silc Pig: Flesh tone.
