Continuous strand veils, commonly used in GRG, are also most often used in FMG for architectural ornamentation. Standard E-glass fiber used in FRP can also be used in the form of chopped strands, chopped strand mat or continuous strand mat. A minimum of 5% by weight of glass fiber should be used for architectural ornamentation, but as much as 15% is achievable depending on type of glass fiber used and properties required.
