Located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, Systematic Manufacturing specializes in production CNC milling and turning as well as designing and building ergonomic assemblies and machines. They also create prototypes of various machine components and assemblies. To create rubber bump-stops for the end of a bearing shaft, they cast Reoflex™ 40 into an aluminum mold. The rubber bump cushions a carriage that moves along a bearing shaft to keep it from slamming into the hard stop.
