Matrix Chopped Glass

For 'Layup' Applications

The addition of Matrix® Chopped Glass to resins, concrete, and gypsum can increase impact, tensile, compressive and flexural strength to the finished product. Matrix® Chopped Glass fibers allows for FORTON® VF-774, FORTON® VF-812, duoMatrix® G, C and NEO® to be “laid up” to make elements that are thin, lightweight and exceptionally strong. Chopped glass can also be added to EpoxAmite® laminating epoxy for making composite parts and gypsum to produce support shells, mother molds.
