Ease Release 500 is a dry film mold release agent and dry lubricant. Ease Release 500 is a TEFLON-like release and contains no silicones, oils or wax. Ease Release 500 is effective in releasing most casting and molding systems such as polyurethane elastomers, epoxy resins, polyester resins, rubbers, thermoplastic polymers and phenolic resins from aluminum, chrome, epoxy, polyester, rubber and steel molds. Finish on the cast part is “matte” and most molded parts do not require cleaning prior to painting.
