Making Molds of Life for Art and More at Reynolds – Phoenix

Published October 27, 2015

Reynolds – Phoenix recently hosted their latest seminar covering the Basics of Lifecasting. More than 20 people attended, anxious to learn the skills behind the lifecasting craft. Patrons were able to watch multiple life casts be performed from start to finish, and were also able to have some hands-on experience with the different materials.

The Basics of Lifecasting seminars also explore the idea of making realistic skin effects for the big screen by capturing perfect detail from a live model and finishing with materials that let you reproduce that detail perfectly.

Alja Safe, Body Double, Dragon Skin, Psycho Paint, Slacker, and other innovative materials take the main stage. “We encourage you ask questions and participate in the fun!” the staff of Reynolds- Phoenix says. “You should leave here with all your questions answered.”

We want to remind you to keep in touch with us on FacebookTwitter, and Instagram by Following, Liking, and tagging us with #RAMaterials. Stay tuned, as we will be announcing our 2016 seminar dates soon.
