Important Information

• We accept only Visa, MasterCard or American Express - No C.O.D.s
• We can only accept online orders for the lower 48 states.
• Customers residing in Alaska or Hawaii may call the North Hollywood location (1-800-348-4349) to place an order. We do not accept online orders for these two states.
• Some materials are hazardous to ship via UPS. Hazardous shipping fees may apply, and this is indicated in the product description.
• UPS requires a full street address, i.e.: St., Rd., Blvd, Dr., Ct., etc. We can NOT ship to post office boxes.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
• ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED

Ordering Online
Only the following payment methods are accepted online: Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX only. No C.O.D.! Internet orders available only in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Freight
Freight charges and hazardous goods shipping charges (if applicable) are extra and will be added to all invoices.

Taxes
We are required to charge you sales tax in some states. If you feel you are tax exempt, please contact us to receive instructions. We cannot apply a tax exempt number retroactively. You will be notified either by phone or e-mail of any pricing issues and all final charges including freight and/or hazardous shipping charges (if applicable) prior to processing your order.

Integrity of Information
Reynolds Advanced Materials and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% accurate or error-free. Reynolds Advanced Materials makes no warranties, either express or implied, as to a product's suitability for a particular application, or that any such use will not infringe a copyright or patent. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all associated risks and liability. Reynolds Advanced Materials is not responsible for typographical errors, and will correct any discovered errors upon notification.

Returns
Most materials have a limited shelf life and may not be returned. To determine if a material is suitable for return, contact your nearest distributor for return authorization. If a product is deemed acceptable for return, a return authorization number will be given and the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be shipped back to Reynolds Advanced Materials freight prepaid.

Return Policy

• Reynolds Advanced Materials will accept returns within 30 days of purchase if product/material has not been opened, is in original packaging and deemed re-saleable by a Reynolds Advanced Materials representative.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Call the Reynolds Advanced Materials branch that you purchased the item from and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  Have your receipt handy to give relevant information.
• Note: Material returned to Reynolds Advanced Materials without an RMA will be refused or processed without credit being issued.
• Send material FREIGHT PREPAID to the Reynolds Advanced Materials location authorizing the return.
• Appropriate credit will be made to your account or credit card when the returned product is verified using above criteria. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Please contact Reynolds Advanced Materials if you have questions regarding this policy.

Our technical service department receives many phone calls and e-mails daily.

Technical help is a free service offered by Reynolds Advanced Materials to assist end-users of rubbers, plastics, foams and other materials in realizing their project objectives. Each Reynolds Technician has experience using materials and has been exposed to a variety of applications that qualifies him or her to offer technical support.

We find that people often have the wrong impression as to just what our responsibilities are in offering this service, and want to be very clear about what you should and should not expect from us.

Discussing your project objectives and then recommending a material or combination of materials that we think will you meet your objectives is the best we can do in making a recommendation.

We can never guarantee or warranty that any product will work for your specific application for the simple reason that, in using these materials, there is a lot that can go wrong that is not material related. We have no control over the many processing variables associated with working with these materials such complexity of the project, aptitude of the user (experience and ability) and processing conditions such as environment.

Beginners especially have a high rate of "first time" failure due to inexperience with these materials and mold making/casting in general. Reynolds Advanced Materials is responsible for the quality of the material that you buy, not the experience level of the end-user. Because no two applications are quite the same, a small test application to determine suitability is recommended if material performance is in question. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all associated risks and liability.

We want you to be successful every time! If you are new to mold making and casting, your best defense against product failure is to read the technical bulletin for the product you are using and follow directions carefully.
