Popular Black Resin Now Available in a Slower Speed
Becoming popular in a very short time, Smooth-Cast® ONYX® is a fast setting Ultra-Black urethane casting resin that is strong and offers good heat resistance. With a 2.5 minute working time, some users comment that ONYX® is too fast, especially in warm summer months when warm weather makes the material even faster.
We are pleased to introduce ONYX® SLOW. ONYX SLOW has a 5 minute pot life and a 90 minute demold. New ONYX® SLOW has excellent physical properties, with a very high flexural and compressive strength.
Both ONYX® products cure to a deep black, have good heat resistance and can be polished.
