FOAM-IT™ Series Rigid Urethane Foam
FOAM-iT!® 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 15 & 26 are expanding water blown polyurethane foams in 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 15 and 26 pound densities. FOAM-iT® castable urethane foams will expand many times their original volume when mixed and poured.

Developed for a variety of industrial and special effects applications, these casting foam products can be pigmented to achieve various color effects. FOAM-iT!® foams are especially useful as reinforcement for hollow castings.

  • FOAM-iT!® 3 - 1A:1B by volume - approx. 18X expansion
  • FOAM-iT!® 4 - 1A:1B by volume - approx. 14X expansion
  • FOAM-iT!® 5 - 1A:1B by volume - approx. 10X expansion
  • FOAM-iT!® 8 - 2A:1B by weight - approx. 8X expansion

FlexFoam-iT!® III, 4, V, 6, 7FR, VIII X, 14, 17 & 25 water blown flexible polyurethane foams are available in 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 14, 17 and 25 pound densities. They are two-component castable flexible foams that are strong, versatile and easy to use. A + B mixture expands many times its original volume. Vibrant colors can be achieved by adding color pigments. Ideal for arts, crafts, industrial and specials effects applications including padding/cushion material and gasket material.

Soma Foama® Flexible Silicone Foam
Soma Foama® is a soft two-component platinum silicone casting foam that is versatile and easy to use. Soma Foama® can be poured into a mold or over other surfaces. Vibrant colors can be achieved by adding Silc-Pig® silicone color pigments.

Cured foam is high heat resistance (will resist up to 350°F / 176°C), water resistant, UV resistant and resists oxidation and ozone degradation. Applications; Soma Foama® can be used for a variety of industrial and special effects applications including making foam filled appliances, padding/seat cushioning, orthotics/orthopedics, potting and encapsulation of electrical circuits and vibration dampening.

Two Soma Foama® densities are available;  15 lb. and 25 lb.

  • Soma Foama® 15 - Mixed 2 Parts A:1Part B by volume. Expands 4 times original volume.  Cured density; 15 lb./cu. ft. cell structure (240 kg/m³).
  • Soma Foama® 25 - Mixed 1 Part A:1Part B by volume. Expands 2-3 times original volume.  Cured density;  25 lb./cu. ft. cell structure (400 kg/m³).
